Using Elaura
Elaura provides personal colour analysis and styling ideas. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your login secure and give accurate account information. You may stop using the service and delete your account in Account settings.
Your photos and content
Upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use. Do not upload someone else's private images, unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights. You keep your rights in uploaded content. You permit Elaura and its service providers to process it only as needed to deliver the features you request, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.
Analysis and AI previews
Colour results, recommendations and generated images are estimates. They are not medical advice or guarantees of garment fit, appearance, product availability or real-world colour. Lighting, camera processing and AI errors can affect results. Check recommendations before relying on them or buying products. Generated outputs may not be unique.
Remembered outfit photo permission
A separate checkbox during account creation allows Elaura to send your saved full-body photo and selected outfit details to OpenAI when you request an outfit preview. Acceptance is required to finish signup. We remember that choice, so you do not have to confirm it on every generation. Registration alone does not start generation or charge credits. You can enable or withdraw this permission in Account settings. Withdrawal applies to future requests and cannot reverse processing already started.
Credits and payments
The price shown before an action applies to that action. Each new Palette to Wardrobe outfit image costs 1 credit, including another version of the same outfit. Reopening the same saved request does not cost another credit. Free previews and local photo checks do not spend credits. A technical generation failure is handled through the credit refund flow. A result you dislike is not automatically a technical failure. Purchase terms shown at checkout and mandatory consumer rights also apply. Credits are service units, not money or an investment.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, harass people, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape private content or misuse generated images. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We take reasonable care in providing the service, but cannot promise error-free or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes and contact
We will make updated Terms available here and seek renewed acceptance when a material change requires it. Changes do not retroactively authorise new uses of photos. Operator identity, business location and support contact are awaiting confirmation before public launch.
